Responsibilities: Assist dentists with procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Manage patient flow, scheduling, and insurance claims. Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized environment. Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment options. Mentor and support other dental assistants. Qualifications: Active Texas State RDA License Current CPR certification 1+ years of experience preferred (we'll train the right candidate!) CEREC and Implant experience a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude Compensation: Competitive salary negotiable based on experience and skills.
