Koplon Implant and Family Dentistry is a family-owned dental practice focused on providing the full spectrum of dental care for our patients, from general dentistry to surgeries, dental implants and more. Our team is made up of two skilled dentists and an office team of more than 26 team members that is focused on providing exceptional care to our patients and community. We are seeking an energetic dental assistant to help support the clinical needs of our fast-paced practice, patients and doctors. Candidate ideally has two years of practical experience. Must be punctual and dependable, be Dentrix savvy, have a self-starter mentality, have strong customer service skills, a willingness to be a team player, and be interested in learning and growing. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Preparing patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort - Selecting and setting up instruments, equipment and materials needed - Sterilizing instruments according to regulations - Assisting the dentist through 4-handed dentistry - Undertaking lab tasks as instructed - Providing oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions - Keeping the dental room clean and well-stocked - Scheduling appointments - Maintaining accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures We offer competitive pay, benefits, 401K, bonus vacation and sick pay.
