***Sign-On Bonus***

Full-Time Employees:

• $1,500 sign-on bonus on 1st paycheck
• $2,250 milestone bonus at 1-year anniversary
• $3,000 milestone bonus at 2-year anniversary

Part-Time Employees (min 2 days/week):

• $1,000 sign-on bonus on 1st paycheck
• $1,000 milestone bonus at 1-year anniversary
• $1,500 milestone bonus at 2-year anniversary

***Retention bonus offer for full-time hire only (4-5 days a week)***

Qualifications

• 1+ years of DH experience is preferred, however new grads are encouraged to apply!
• Valid Hygienist license as required by state
• Laser certification is a plus
