We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in dental hygiene to join our dynamic team in both our Gainesville and Dahlonega locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures. - Conduct oral health assessments and dental charting. - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. - Take and interpret dental radiographs (X-rays). - Apply sealants and fluoride treatments. - Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures as needed. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. - Adhere to infection control protocols and sterilization procedures. - Participate in continuing education to stay current with industry practices. - Promote a positive and comfortable experience for patients. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in dental hygiene. - Active state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). - Commitment to ongoing continuing education. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively within a team.
