Job Responsibilities: • Perform comprehensive pediatric dental care including exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and restorative procedures • Diagnose and treat dental conditions in infants, children, and adolescents • Provide preventive and education-based care, including proper oral hygiene instruction to patients and parents • Work collaboratively with staff to ensure seamless patient care • Use child-friendly, compassionate techniques to ensure a positive dental experience • Perform behavior management strategies to help ease dental anxiety in young patients • Stay up-to-date on the latest pediatric dental advancements and technologies • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans Job Requirements: • DMD/DDS degree from an accredited dental school • Completion of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency program • Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Dentistry • Active state dental license in New Jersey (or ability to obtain) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children and parents • Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care
