Full-Time Dental Hygienist – Bethesda, MD (20817) $65–$70/hour | 2 Practice Locations | PTO + Supportive Team We’re hiring a Full-Time Dental Hygienist to support two well-established practices in Bethesda, MD. Schedule: - Fernwood Road Location – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday + 1 Saturday/month - Executive Blvd Location – Tuesday, Friday + 1 Saturday/month Compensation & Benefits: - $65–$70 per hour, depending on experience - Paid Time Off - Consistent schedule at two nearby practices - Modern equipment and digital systems - Supportive, team-focused culture Responsibilities: - Provide preventive care including cleanings, scaling, root planing, and fluoride treatments - Take digital x-rays and assist in patient assessments - Educate patients on oral hygiene and customized home care routines - Maintain detailed, accurate patient records and update medical histories - Collaborate with dentists and team members to deliver outstanding care - Ensure strict compliance with sterilization and infection control protocols Requirements: - Active Maryland Dental Hygienist license - At least 1 year of dental hygiene experience preferred - Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar practice software - Proficiency with dental imaging and radiographs - Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA standards - Excellent communication and patient education skills - Positive attitude and strong attention to detail If you’re a skilled dental hygienist ready to join a team that values professionalism, patient care, and a great work-life balance, we’d love to connect.
