What You’ll Do: - Perform general dentistry procedures including exams, fillings, extractions, and endodontics - Diagnose and treat oral diseases with individualized treatment planning - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care - Collaborate with assistants and hygienists to maintain efficient patient flow - Maintain accurate, compliant patient records using Eaglesoft software - What You’ll Bring: - DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school - Active Pennsylvania dental license (or willingness to obtain) - Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred - Proficiency with Eaglesoft or similar dental software - Strong understanding of dental systems, anatomy, and diagnostics - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy compliance - Excellent communication and patient engagement skills Compensation & Benefits: - $850/day base guarantee - $150,000–$300,000+ earning potential - Profit-sharing and ownership opportunity - Medical insurance and 401(k) with company match - Paid time off - CE allowance and professional growth support - Sign-on bonus included Location:
