Full-Time Dental Hygienist – Join a Dual-Location Practice in Bethesda, MD 20814 Now hiring experienced hygienists in Arlington, VA 22204 and surrounding areas. We’re seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to support two well-established practices in Bethesda, MD. This is a great opportunity for a skilled, team-oriented hygienist looking for a consistent schedule, high earning potential, and a supportive clinical team. Compensation: - $65–$70 per hour - Paid time off and a collaborative, low-turnover team culture Schedule Overview: - Fernwood Road Practice: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday + 1 Saturday/month - Executive Blvd Practice: Tuesday, Friday + 1 Saturday/month You’ll rotate between both Bethesda locations, helping provide comprehensive hygiene care in modern, patient-focused environments. What You’ll Do: - Perform preventive dental procedures including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and digital x-rays - Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and personalized care plans - Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records - Support the dentist during procedures and enhance overall patient comfort - Follow all infection control and HIPAA compliance standards - Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure top-tier patient experiences What You’ll Bring: - Active Maryland Dental Hygiene license - At least 1 year of hygiene experience - Proficiency in dental imaging and CAD tools - Familiarity with Eaglesoft, Epic, or similar dental software - Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and sterilization protocols - Experience with medical imaging equipment a plus - A team-first attitude, professional presence, and commitment to patient care Location:
