Work with a supportive doctor and close-knit clinical team that has a focus on team-work Focus on quality care—not quotas or upselling Consistent weekday schedule, no weekends Make a daily impact on patient outcomes and comfort 🔍 What You’ll Bring North Carolina DAII Certification 2+ years of clinical experience in general dentistry Proven experience with iTero scanning and Invisalign workflows (including attachments, IPR, case follow-ups) Competency with digital X-rays, intraoral photography, and operatory turnover Strong communication skills and clinical awareness Positive attitude and flexibility—willing to help where needed 🦷 What You’ll Do Prepare operatories and assist with a full range of dental procedures Take diagnostic-quality X-rays and clinical photos Perform iTero scans and assist with Invisalign appointments (attachments, refinements, case tracking) Ensure proper sterilization and inventory maintenance Chart accurately and support post-op instructions and follow-up Deliver outstanding patient comfort and education 🗓 Schedule Monday–Thursday Fridays: Two half-days a month may be required occasionally now and likely ongoing in the future 🎁 Perks & Benefits Starting at $25/hr (commensurate with experience) 401(k) Paid time off Paid Holidays Health insurance Employee dental discount Day shift only – No weekends Other benefits are available
