Howdy! My name is Jacob, I'm the director for Arte Dental. We're currently looking for a full time RDA for our office in Plano. We offer competitive pay, monthly bonus, 401k matching (3%), dental benefits for employees and immediate family along with paid holidays (after 90 days). My lead has been with us for 11 years and is awesome to work with. My 2nd RDA is awesome as well. My hygienist has been here over 3 years as well, billing coordinator for 13 years, etc. We are a FAMILY OWNED private practice (not corporate or DSO) with an awesome reputation and treat patients and staff like family. We do just about everything digitally (charts, impressions, X-rays, etc). We also have a 3D cone beam CT machine. We are a general office with a good mix of patients and treatment (everything from pedo to implants and all on fours). Mostly PPO. Our hours are Mon-Thurs 8-5 and every other Fri 8-2.
