This customer-facing role will specialize in delivering the best experience for our patients through insurance verification, patient follow ups, marketing, and acting as a concierge to help them begin their smile journey. We are looking for a candidate that is outgoing, high-energy, has a positive attitude and wants to do more than just be an ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT COORDINATOR. The ideal candidate works well in a team setting and is also willing to learn additional skills. Our office celebrates all of our patients and strives to achieve outstanding outcomes!! Team Trainings are on Fridays. Prior Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator experience and/or Orthodontic RDA experience is preferred. Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred. Key responsibilities • Welcome new patients with a smile and a positive attitude • Take orthodontic records (photos, X-Rays, scans) • Clearly explain orthodontic treatment plans, procedures and financial options • Verify insurance coverage and discuss financial options with patients • Address patient inquiries and concerns • Additional marketing duties Job Type: Full-time Salary: starting at $20.00 per hour Benefits: • Continuing education credits • Employee discount • Employee mentoring program • On-the-job training • Paid time off • Paid training Schedule: • Monday to Thursday
