Description

We are looking for a person with patient/treatment coordinating experience. Someone who is comfortable verifying dental benefits, calculating insurance benefits, preparing some treatment plans, doing treatment follow up and being main point of check out. Additional duties are answering the phone, making appointments, greeting patients, making recare calls to keep the schedule full, and light housekeeping, All responsibilities are shared with other team members. We have a 2 Doctor dental office. Total staff is eleven including the doctors. We have three hygienists, two front office personnel and three dental assistants. We have a group that gets along well, and enjoys working together. The office is open 4 days a week. We strive to run on schedule, we begin at 7:40 with a huddle, lunch is from 1-2 PM and we finish our day at 5:00 PM. We provide general dental services, but also provides orthodontics (braces and aligners) as well as dental implants. We use Eaglesoft and Weave. Benefits include: 1 week vacation at one year, 2 weeks at three years, 24 hours of personal time, usable in hour increments– available after 90 days probationary period. Seven Holiday days a year. These move around depending on where things fall since Fridays we are closed. When it seems to work out well we cluster extra days at Christmas.
