General Dentist – Grow with Us in Pasco, WA 99301 A well-established, 8-operatory dental practice in Pasco, WA 99301 is hiring a full-time General Dentist. This fully digital office is equipped with CBCT, intraoral cameras, and sedation capabilities. We operate exclusively on a PPO/FFS model—no Medicaid or capitation—and offer a strong salary range of $200,000–$350,000 based on experience and production. You’ll join an experienced clinical team in a high-tech, patient-focused environment with the support to grow and succeed long term. What You’ll Do - Diagnose and deliver comprehensive general dentistry - Perform procedures with CBCT imaging and intraoral camera support - Provide sedation dentistry as needed (based on certification) - Build strong patient relationships in a PPO/FFS model - Maintain accurate records and compliance with digital charting - Contribute to a positive, team-oriented practice culture What You’ll Bring - DDS or DMD from an accredited program - Active Washington dental license (or eligibility to obtain) - Sedation-certified or willing to pursue credentials - Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement - Strong communication and collaboration skills Compensation Annual earnings between $200,000–$350,000 based on experience and production.
