At Schwed Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, we’re a small team with a big heart, and we’re passionate about creating positive dental experiences for our little patients. If you enjoy working in a supportive environment where fun and compassion go hand-in-hand, we’d love to meet you! 🕒 Schedule: Full-time: Monday through Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM Immediate start! 💼 What You’ll Do: Assist our pediatric dentist during dental procedures Take x-rays and help maintain a safe, welcoming clinical space Sterilize instruments and keep treatment areas clean Educate kids and parents on great dental hygiene habits Provide top-notch care in a positive, playful environment Be a calming, cheerful presence for children (and their parents!) ✅ What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent Active RDA license and at least 1 year of dental assisting experience A warm, upbeat attitude and love for working with children Great communication skills and a team-first mindset Organized, reliable, and ready to jump in where needed 🌱 Why You'll Love Working With Us: We’re actively involved in team meetings, cross-training, and creating opportunities to expand your skills as we grow together.
