We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our dental practice's front office team. As a full-time Front Office Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive excellent care and a warm welcome. Our practice encompasses various specialties, including General Dentistry, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, coupled with PPO and Private insurance. Your responsibilities will include insurance verification, communication of out-of-network expectations, high-value case presentations, coordinating financial options, following up with patients who have unscheduled treatment to re-engage and track treatment acceptance. We use Dentrix scheduling software. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service are essential in this role. We prioritize safety and provide our team with comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE) including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
