Description

Our company is seeking a professional to join our Front Desk Team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Front Desk environment and have excellent customer service skills. The Front Desk professional needs to have a strong attention to detail, well organized, able to handle multiple tasks. Our focus each day is on taking care of our patients. Responsibilities would include greeting and welcoming patients, answering phones, scheduling patients, coordinating treatment plans, submitting pre-authorizations/pre-determinations, managing patient re-care/recall and Insurance verifications for PPO, Medicaid & CHIP. Experience in Dentrix and Bilingual preferred.
