The office of Dr. Guy Lewis is seeking a full-time EXPERIENCED RECEPTIONIST, INSURANCE & CLAIM SPECIALIST/TREATMENT COORDINATOR to add to our family. About the positions: The Patient Greeter/Receptionist is a vital position at the Texas Center for Cosmetic Dentistry. We go to great lengths to make new and current patients feel welcome at our office, and the Patient Greeter is the first point of contact that patients have upon arrival. The patient greeter is responsible for welcoming patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, filing insurance claims, inputting patient information into Dentrix, scheduling hygiene recall appointments, and various other office tasks. Full-time schedule is: Monday-Thursday: 7:30-5:00
