Busy Private practice PPO/Cash in Fate Texas! We do everything under one roof ranging from crowns, implants, wisdom teeth, to cosmetic work. Looking for an associate to grow with the practice. Ideal candidate will have 1-3 years experience and is comfortable with most restorative dentistry Owner is willing to mentor the right candidate Looking for 2-5 days a week. Full Job Description Looking for full or part-time dentist to work in Fate Tx right outside of Rockwall and DFW to start in Summer 2025. -High-end suburban area with significant growth potential. Practice is wholly owned by a dentist and we will be spending a significant advertising dollars to drive new insurance patients for you! Criteria that will factor into hiring decision: 1.Easy bedside manner(we are not looking for up selling or over diagnosis)-- >We will promise to take care of your compensation if you take care of the best interest of the patient. 2. If you are not Invisalign certified be interested in obtaining certification in the near term(not a heavy ortho practice but we like to offer all services to practice). 3. Would be beneficial to be competent in cosmetic and some endo. 4. Prefer experienced grad (3+years) with preference for most recent experience being in PPO and/or FFS practice. Compensation will be based on day rate, % collections and an equity component for qualified dentist.
