Its a 2 doctor practice that's been around for over 10 years. We average a 4.9 rating on Google and have an awesome reputation for providing great dental care to the community of Little Elm. Our reputation is extremely important to us, and with that said, we are only considering associates with a minimum of two years out of school, strong clinical skills and great work ethic. We are mostly PPO and FFS, but do also see medicaid and some medicare. We are a general practice, but we do just about everything from pedo to implant dentures and occasionally All-on-Fours. The office is about 12 years old, but we keep it clean, updated and modern. We have a Vatech CBCT, Itero for digital impressions, 3D printer for models and surgical guides, etc. And we stand behind our work. We have a VERY solid team as well. Our lead RDA (one of the best in the business) has been with us for about 12 years, our insurance/billing coordinator has been here 11 years, my front desk lead has been here for 3 years, my rockstar hygienist has been here for 4 years, etc... We also have great hours, Mon-Thurs 8-4 and every other Friday (Friday's COULD be optional). Here's what I'm looking for: -Minimum 2 years out of school -Can efficiently perform class 2s and all other general dentistry -Comfortable extracting 2nd molar to 2nd molar, root tips, etc (we have someone come to the office monthly for OS days) -Experience with partials/dentures -Either prior implant experience, or wiling to learn (all guided) -Great work ethic -Works well with team -Treatment plan smart, give options when applicable, what is best for the patient and will last at least 5 years or more Endo is optional, we don't do much of it, but we have a great endodontist that we refer to. Pedo is mandatory, but within reason. If kids won't cooperate, refer out. We do a fair bit of Invisalign and can get you up to speed on that, but we don't do traditional ortho (refer out). Lastly, if we move forward, at least one full day working interview (paid of course) is required. We need to seed quality of work (treatment planning, chair side manner, teamwork, quality of class 2s, ideally a crown prep, etc).
