General Dentist - Garland, TX 75041 Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics is hiring a full-time General Dentist for its Garland location in Garland, TX 75041. You will step into an established practice with steady patient demand, a full schedule and the clinical and operational support to focus on patient care and production. Jefferson Dental supports the practice with patient marketing, clinical resources and operational teams so you can concentrate on diagnosis, treatment planning and high-quality care. What You’ll Do: - Provide comprehensive exams, diagnosis and treatment planning - Deliver restorative dentistry, extractions and preventive care based on patient needs - Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health - Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and specialists to support efficient care - Maintain accurate clinical records and Jefferson Dental care standards What You’ll Bring: - DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school - Active Texas dental license or ability to obtain one - Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills - Comfort working in a collaborative, high-demand practice environment Compensation: Daily guarantee plus tiered production, with sign-on bonus opportunities and full benefits. Schedule: Full-time, five-day schedule with alternating Mondays and Saturdays. Weeks 1 and 3 are Monday-Friday, and weeks 2 and 4 are Tuesday-Saturday. Location: This is an in-person role in Garland, TX 75041 at Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics' Garland location.
