About the Role
We are a busy, modern private practice looking for an associate dentist with 1–3 years of experience who wants to grow into advanced procedures like implant dentistry, surgical cases, and complex restorative treatment with mentorship available. Dr. Neal Bhatt, owner of Greenhill Family Dental in Fate/Rockwall, just outside Dallas. We’re growing quickly, and I’m looking for an associate dentist with ideally 1–3 years of experience who wants more than just another associate position. Compensation: $1,000–$1,500/day guarantee to start, 30–35% of collections, strong upside as your product.
