Job Description

About the Role

Hello! My name is Jacob King, I'm the Director for Arte Dental. We are a family owned private practice, and looking for a strong associate for our office in Little Elm. Its a 2 doctor practice that's been around for over 15 years. We average around 50 new patients a month, and the office is capable of producing 150-200k/month. We have a 4.9 rating on Google and have an awesome reputation for providing great dental care to the community of Little Elm. Our reputation is extremely important to us, and with that said, we are only considering associates with a minimum of three years out of school, strong clinical skills and great work ethic. We are mostly PPO and FFS, but do also see some medicaid and some medicare. We are a general practice, but we do just about everything from pedo to implant dentures and occasionally All-on-Fours. The office is about 15 years old, but we keep it clean, updated and modern. We have a Vatech CBCT, Itero for digital impressions, 3D printer for models and surgical guides, etc. And we stand behind our work. I have had two associates over the last 5 years that have stayed with us for several years, and with the knowledge they gained while with us, gone on to open their own practices. This is an EXCELLENT opportunity for any associate. We have a VERY solid team as well. Our lead RDA (one of the best in the business) has been with us for over 15 years, our insurance/billing coordinator has been here 13+ years, my front desk lead has been here for 5+ years, my rockstar hygienist has been here for 5 years, etc... We also have great hours, Mon-Thurs 8-4 and every other Friday. Also, if you are interested in placing implants, but have only limited exposure, this is an amazing opportunity. We offer same day/next day surgical guides for every case (at no expense to you) and plenty of mentorship as needed. My last two associates in McKinney, with minimal/no prior real life implant experience, placed around 80-100 implants each, in their first 12 months. Here are my requirements: -Minimum THREE years out of school -Can efficiently perform class 2s and all other aspects of general dentistry -Comfortable extracting 2nd molar to 2nd molar, root tips, etc and erupted 3rds -Experience with partials/dentures -Implant Restoration (we can train on placement) -Great work ethic -Works well with team -Can work on cooperative kids (PSSCs, etc) -Treatment plan smart, give options when applicable, what is best for the patient and will last at least 5 years or more Endo is optional, we don't do much of it, but we have a great endodontist that we can refer to. Pedo is mandatory, but within reason. If kids won't cooperate, refer out. We do a fair bit of Invisalign and can get you up to speed on that, but we don't do traditional ortho (refer out). Lastly, if we move forward, at least one full day working interview (paid of course) is required. We need to seed quality of work (treatment planning, chair side manner, teamwork, quality of class 2s, ideally a crown prep, etc). If you're interested in setting up an interview, feel free to text ([sign in to DentalPost to see current contact info]or email me at: [sign in to DentalPost to see current contact info] Thank you!!!
