Off Wednesday and NO WEEKENDS EVER. Great benefits: MEDICAL DENTAL PAID HOLIDAYS PTO UP TO 4 WEEKS PER YR So we only open 4 DAYS A WEEK but the staff are still able to make their 40 hrs a week. We have been established for 10 yrs and most patients have become like family. Most patient that move far away will still come back to the office because they love how we treat our patients. As a dentist owner, I understand the importance of having the right team members with good attitude and buy into our philosophy to treat patient's like family. I hire the best candidates out there, not necessarily with a ton of dental experience, but I hire for good attitude, friendliness, and most importantly, the ability to learn quickly and want to grow with the company as our office is very busy and constantly growing. I do not micromanage. Once I have determined that the team member is proficient at their duties. I allow them to own their career and make the right decisions for the patient as well as the practice. I encourage my staff to become the best version of themselves professionally and strive to always improve - both professionally and personally. I will be your biggest cheerleader in this journey of your career growth, because I believe that a dental office is all about the team, not the dentist. If it isn't for my team, my office would not be close to the thriving office that it is today and for that I am always thankful to them. In fact I will regularly treat my staff to LaLaLand coffee each morning, weekly happy hour or lunch/dinner. And I will treat my girls to annual retreats. In fact this past year, I took my staff to all inclusive 5 star resort in Cancun trip to treat them.
