Our cross-trained insurance coordinator and assistant is moving, so we need to fill her spot! Qualified applicants must have an active, RDA license with TSBDE and experience as an insurance coordinator. This role serves as an insurance coordinator 3 days per week, and a dental assistant 1 day per week. What makes our office special? • We treat each other as people first, and we genuinely care for each other; • We treat our patients as people, not a number or a set of teeth; • We are always communicating: Dr. Fowler meets with each team member on an on-going basis to get their feedback; we close our office once or twice per year to have an all-day meeting with a life coach; we have daily morning huddles; and we have monthly meetings to discuss how we can improve; • We are organized: whether it’s tip-out bins and labels in sterilization, a well-run schedule, or picture books to organize burr blocks, we’re always trying to improve our systems; • We celebrate each other: we celebrate birthdays, work anniversaries, and fun holidays. We love cake! And we also sometimes just like to drink a Nespresso, or two, in the office Our fee for service, Pankey-style office is open Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to about 5 pm. Team members receive PTO based on their time with our office, and team members are paid for major, Federal holidays. Qualified team members can participate in our office SIMPLE IRA retirement plan. The office pays for and launders team member’s scrubs. Team members, their spouses, and their children under 22 years old receive discounted dental treatment.
