We have two roles in our Pediatric Hygiene Consulting team that will be building support at the practice-level in greater Los Angeles and Dallas-Fort Worth areas. This is an exciting time to join Willo team that's going to reshape the pediatric oral care landscape. 

 Role: Pediatric Hygiene Consultant & Educator

 Purpose: Drive pediatric practice engagement, educate practice staff, & increase the frequency of Willo recommendation

 Responsibilities:

 1) Conduct in-practice sessions to educate on Willo power toothbrush technology and patient consultation best practices 2) Facilitate Willo's home hygiene best practices toolkit integration into patient care workflows
 3) Facilitate patient trial experiences - support deployment of Willo AutoFlo+ systems in local pediatric practices
 4) On-board, register practices for Willo's Ambassador Program
 5) Manage ongoing practice engagement: bi-monthly virtual connections, monthly in-office educational sessions, etc.

 Time Commitment: 20–40 hrs/week - split across in-office days, virtual check-ins, and planning

 Hourly Rate: $90-120/hr (scale varies by metro-market)
 Monthly Incentives: TBD

 Qualifications & Experience:
 - RDH with a minimum of 5 years in dentistry - pediatric experience a plus
 - Proven excellence in patient education and clinical hygiene coaching
 - Experience with pediatric and neurodivergent populations highly desired
 - Background in in-office education or product trial coordination a plus

 Communication Style:
 - Empathetic and engaging; can tailor messages to different audiences
 - Strong verbal presentation and facilitation skills
 - Confident, yet approachable and grounded in clinical science

 Professional Traits:
 - Passionate about preventive oral care and behavior change
 - Technologically proficient (QR systems, digital platforms)
 - Highly organized, responsive, and accountable
