We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dynamic team. As an RDA, you will play a crucial role in assisting the dentist during broad variety of patient procedures and delivering exceptional patient care. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and benefits. Our practice operates Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Responsibilities: Provide chairside assistance to the doctor and patient during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety Prepare the treatment area and sterilize instruments Prepare patients for treatment by taking vital signs, reviewing medical history, and explaining upcoming procedures Charting and maintaining digital health records Take digital dental X-rays and intraoral camera photos under the dentist’s direction Managing consent forms and educating patients on dental health and treatment options Assist with basic dental laboratory tasks such as pouring impressions and fabricating temporary crowns Making bleach trays Maintain infection control protocols by sterilizing instruments and disinfecting treatment areas Keep track of inventory Tracking lab cases Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Dental Assistant program X-ray certification required Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification required Nitrous oxide certification required Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and best practices Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental software preferred Experience with CAD/CAM technology for crown fabrication is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment Empathy, compassion and good chairside manner If you are a dedicated Dental Assistant, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) we would love to hear from you!
