We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager to lead our membership program and promotional strategy at Aspen Dental. This role will be responsible for managing Aspen Dental’s membership program and developing new programs and promotions to help patients get access to care and drive business performance. This role will partner closely with the marketing team and broader organization to set the promotional strategy, develop and launch new programs and evaluate results. This role requires strategic thinking, ability to work cross-functionally and a track record of success in promotional strategy and membership marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch and manage affordability programs, including memberships, discount plans, promotions and financing programs, to drive funnel performance and achieve business goals

  • Develop and manage Aspen’s membership program(s), including program design, day-to-day administration, marketing materials, office and patient communication, vendor management and performance management

  • Define promotional strategy, including which promotions are available, what services are included and how they are marketed to patients

  • Develop new programs and offers that help make care more affordable and accessible for patients, including special financing offers

  • Develop marketing strategy, messaging and materials for all promotions and programs, partnering with brand, creative and GTM teams

  • Monitor industry trends and competitive promotional offerings

  • Monitor and report out on performance of promotions and programs

  • Partner with teams across the organization to define and execute strategies and manage performance, including marketing, FP&A, commercial and operations

  • Manage field and office communications, including communication of active promotions, introducing new programs and sharing performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, promotional strategy, membership marketing or related roles

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful promotional strategies and membership programs to drive customer demand and revenue

  • Excellent strategic thinking, planning and execution skills

  • Ability to analyze performance data and develop actionable insights and opportunities

  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Entrepreneurial; takes ownership, innovates and drives amidst ambiguity

  • Desire to be part of a growth-oriented

Salary: $100-115k, plus bonus/incentives
