Key Responsibilities: * Patient Consultation and Education: Guide patients through their recommended treatment plans, ensuring a thorough understanding of procedures, timelines, and expected outcomes. * Financial Coordination: Expertly present treatment costs and financial arrangements. Confidently explain and navigate patients' dental insurance benefits to maximize their coverage and facilitate their care. * Scheduling and Logistics: Meticulously manage the treatment schedule to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow for both patients and our clinical team. * Relationship Management: Build and nurture lasting relationships with our patients, fostering an environment of trust, empathy, and unparalleled support.
