Do you love making patients feel welcome the moment they walk in—or call in? If so, Dentistry of the Oaks wants to meet you! We’re a 6.5-year-old start-up dental practice with a loyal patient base, a supportive team, and big plans for growth. We're on the lookout for a Front Office Receptionist who wants to grow with us! 🌟 What We're Looking For: Minimum 1 year of dental front desk experience At least 1 year of experience verifying dental insurance Proficiency with Open Dental (or confidence in learning quickly!) Friendly, professional phone presence and a positive, welcoming attitude Knowledge of a variety of dental procedures (bonus points!) Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a plus, not a must. Able to pass a clear background check 🦷 Your Day-to-Day Will Include: Being the first smiling face and cheerful voice patients encounter Answering phones, scheduling visits, and keeping the day flowing smoothly Verifying insurance benefits Presenting treatment plans with confidence and clarity (secondary duty) Supporting the team with front office tasks and positive energy ⏰ Office Hours: Monday: 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM Tuesday – Thursday: 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM ➡️ New Hours (Starting July 1): Monday – Thursday, 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch 💰 Hourly Rate: $18–$20/hour, based on experience We’re looking for someone who’s eager to be part of a growing practice with a tight-knit, upbeat team.
