We are seeking a new team member who understands and is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience to our patients. Is that perhaps you? Our ideal candidate has knowledge or experience with dental clinical and operations software, such as Dentrix, Modento, PreVu, Itero, and Dentrix Imaging - or, if not, is a quick and eager learner. Most important is having a warm, outgoing, and upbeat personality (as one consultant said, 'drips sunshine') that allows for rapid bonding with patients, is reliable, and 'plays well with others.' They must also be experienced and proficient in 4-handed dentistry, with a minimum of 3 years of general dentistry experience. Located off Central Expressway/Walnut Hill in north Dallas, we are an upscale private cosmetic and general dentistry practice, 100% FFS, that has been operating since 2001 with two female doctors. We have a tremendously long-tenured and drama-free staff focused on maximizing every patient's time with us while providing them with education and Complete Health dentistry. Open M-Th, our ideal candidate can commit to a schedule of 7:00 – 3:15. Besides competitive base compensation, our benefits include monthly cash bonus plans, group medical/term life insurance, 401K with matching, AFLAC, short/long term disability insurance, worker's comp insurance, glasses/contacts insurance, and doctor-provided dental care. Base compensation is dependent upon experience and is competitive.
