We are seeking a friendly, organized,and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients , providing exceptionalcustomer service while managing front desk operations efficiently. Great patients warmly and professionally upon arrival Schedule and confirm patient appointments Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner Manage patient check-in and check-out process Collect fee for service verify insurance coverage Maintain and update patient records with accuracy Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Handle billing,and daily financial reporting Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area HS diploma One year prior experience preferred
