Description

A well- established private orthodontic practice in Colleyville/Southlake, Texas is looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator with Orthodontic Assisting experience preferred. Candidate must have exceptional customer service, communication skills, organizational skills, strong patient care ethic, and be self-motivated. Candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling, and collecting balances. Attention to detail is a must. *Must be available Monday-Thursday 7:45AM-5PM and 2 days a month 6:30am-2:30pm (these days vary per month) *Must be responsible and on time *Orthodontic experience is preferred, but willing to train the right person *Tops Ortho experience is a plus *Pay rate is negotiable based upon experience
