Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Registered Dental Assistant. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, a solid foundation in dental assisting, and experience in periodontal and surgical procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Provide guidance to the other dental assistants, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment - Coordinate daily clinical operations to ensure adherence to infection control standards and office protocols - Assist all providers during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques - Monitor inventory, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available and in working order Qualifications and Experience: - Active RDA license - Experience in dental assisting, with a preference for those experienced in surgical and periodontal procedures. - Strong knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and documentation - Demonstrate leadership skills and prior experience in a dental setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to patient care and team support
