If you’re passionate about working with children, thrive in a collaborative environment, and love spending quality time with patients (not rushing them through), we’d love to meet you. ⸻ Position: Registered Dental Assistant Location: Murphy, TX Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Thursday (Fridays off, every week!) Start Date: Flexible ⸻ What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking an RDA who is: • A strong communicator—able to speak clearly with both children and adults • Compassionate and calm, especially with nervous or anxious patients • Kid-loving—you genuinely enjoy connecting with children and earning their trust • A team player who supports and uplifts coworkers • Open to constructive feedback and always striving to improve • Proactive and self-motivated—you don’t wait to be told what to do next • Able to think ahead and anticipate what’s needed to keep the day running smoothly • Able to adhere to strict OSHA and infection control standards ⸻ Requirements: • Active Texas RDA license • Coronal polishing certification • Nitrous oxide monitoring certification • Pit and fissure sealant certification is highly preferred • Prior pediatric dental experience is highly preferred ⸻ What We Offer: • 4-day work week: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off every week • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and skillset • Health insurance with an HSA option • Paid holidays • PTO that grows with your time at the practice • Profit-sharing bonus—when we do well, so do you! • A supportive team culture where your growth and well-being matter ⸻ Our Philosophy: We are not a high-volume practice.
