Description

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in a patient-centered, modern dental practice in Texas. This is a 4-day-per-week position, with no weekends or late hours, allowing you to enjoy a healthy work-life balance. Schedule: -4 days/week, specific days decided upon hiring -8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch -No weekends, no evenings Compensation: -$50-55/hr with bonus pay Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): -Performing prophylaxis and periodontal therapy, including laser pocket reduction therapy -Taking x-rays, intra-oral photos, and iTero scans -Placing fluoride and sealants -Conducting oral cancer screenings and assessing oral health -Patient education and risk factor assessment -Reviewing medical histories and recording findings -Entering prescribed treatments and assisting the doctor during exams -Maintaining sterilized treatment rooms and instruments Requirements: -Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Texas -Laser and Nitrous Oxide Certification (preferred) -Minimum 2 years of clinical experience Benefits: -Paid holidays -Dedicated hygiene assistant for dual-column scheduling -Bonus structure (to be determined upon hire) We are proud to offer a supportive and team-focused environment that values your skills, time, and dedication to patient care.
