Position: Office Manager needed for two offices: Clute, TX and Pasadena, TX Reports to: Director of Operations and Chief Financial Officer ROLE The Office Manager role is to bring the company’s patient-centric mission to life through implementation and maintaining processes. The goal of the Office Manager position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth. While the Director of Operations and CFO help design business strategy, the Office manager is the one holding the team accountable to implementation and fulfillment. Oftentimes, the Office Manager acts as a liaison between the Director of Operations/CFO and the rest of the company and follows the steps for proper “pace” for growth assigned from the Managing Partners. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and support the team in daily operations Experience with insurance verification and treatment planning/presenting Manage and guide a team with leadership skills Collaborate with the team to bring innovative ideas to the table Oversee the focus of the company’s patient-centric mission while assuring progress of the company’s annual objectives, quarterly targets, and monthly goals. Implementing policies, systems & frameworks that build and protect company’s tenants Report metrics on annual objectives, quarterly targets, and monthly goals Provide systems of operations and company needs for onboarding, training, and hiring with the Director of Operations Ensures all team members have a proper support system in place and goals are aligned with the patient-centric mission and company tenants RESULTS Company maintains a team focus that reflects the patient-centric mission and company tenants Establish consistent production and collection numbers through comprehensive scheduling processes and systems We practice transformational (coaching) leadership in our organization and allow people to achieve success through clear outcomes, resources, and support. Patient-centric mission and company tenants are constantly communicated to team REQUIREMENTS Preferably with Open Dental experience At least 5 years of experience in the Dental Field High level communication skills Able to consistently reflect demeanor of Director of Operations Experience in people management Ability to set goals and design executable goals with achievable deadlines Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills Coachable Completes deadlines on time Pay dependent on experience.
