We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Dental Front Desk to join our team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our practice. As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for someone to promote the positive growth and help maintain our greatness. At the front desk, you will be responsible for facilitating the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring a positive experience for both patients and staff. You will play a key role in maintaining office flow, coordinating patient schedules, assisting with administrative duties, and handling insurance. Respond to patient inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer service. Coordinate with the dentist and other team members to ensure seamless care for patients. Qualifications: Previous experience as a dental front desk (preferably at least 3-5 years) Strong knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with dental software (preferably Open Dental). High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business administration or healthcare management preferred.
