We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our amazing team in Justin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a dental assistant role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional patient care and supporting a fast-paced dental practice. In this role, you will utilize your advanced skills to assist with clinical procedures, ensure the smooth operation of the office by managing supply orders, and contribute to creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our patients. Monday- Friday work week. No weekends! We also offer an option of a 4 day work week for someone who wants a better work-life balance! Pay- $24-$30/hour depending on experience! Qualifications and Requirements: · Must have a valid Texas Dental Assisting license. · Positive and outgoing personality, exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills · Excellent patient care skills · Strong organizational skills · Superior working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology · Ability to build rapport with patients · Good manual dexterity · Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new programs · X-ray certification (required if applicable) Education and Experience: · Texas Registration Certificate for Dental Assistants · Current CPR certification · At least 4 years of working experience in a Dental Practice · Coronal Polishing Certificate is a plus!
