 You’ll take over a fully scheduled, high-demand environment supported by a seasoned team. The owner is seeking a confident clinician with strong communication skills and a leadership mindset. Interest in oral surgery or posterior endo is a plus but not required. What You’ll Do - Provide full-scope general dentistry to new and established patients - Perform oral surgery and posterior endo if desired - Lead with clear communication and patient education - Work alongside hygienists and assistants to maintain efficiency - Keep accurate and compliant documentation - Grow into a potential partner in the practice What You’ll Bring - DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program - Virginia dental license (or ability to obtain) - Interest or experience in oral surgery or posterior endodontics (preferred) - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills - Motivation to build relationships and grow in a stable, high-performing setting Compensation
