Hygiene Coordinator / Sterilization / Ordering MUST know Dentrix, Excel, MS Office, will train Modento and DentalIntel Excellent communicator with appealing presentation, well groomed Need to know basics of front office, multi-tasker, organized Hygiene Coordinator: -Screen patients for x-rays needed, Exam, outstanding TX, Scans, and specific follow-ups -Work closely with RDH, stock rooms, manage sterilization -Take X-rays of NP; set-up room and prepare patient -Help check out patients, manage their follow-up appts -Marketing and office promotion; solicit referrals Sterilization: -Ensure follow of all sterilization protocol -Ensure availability of sterile instruments -Manage sterilization and stocking all rooms -Maintain equipment and vacuum lines -Support RDA with dental procedures if necessary Ordering: -Order supplies -Maintain budget -Ensure availability of proper supplies for RDH & DDS Misc.: -Organized and meticulous clean -Able to do other tasks as required MUST HAVE: -All shots current -CPR -Certificate of training for RDA, Xrays capable -Some clinical know-how preferred
