We are seeking a full time hygienist to join our growing fee for service practice in Las Colinas Monday-Thursday 8-5 with an hour lunch break. We offer 5 star customer service in a warm and caring environment. Our team loves connecting with our patients and fostering relationships so that we can help every patient with their individual dental needs and move them towards great oral health. Our goal is to always handle all the details of our active practice with grace, a smile and a 'happy to do it' attitude. We are serious about our commitment to working hard and are dedicated to making our practice as successful as can be, but we also love to laugh and play. Requirements: • Must have 2+ years of experience • Dentrix proficiency is a plus • Ability to multitask • Superior customer service skills • Must be friendly, outgoing, happy, and a great team worker who gets along well with others • Reliable and hard-working • Recall and Recare calls • Scheduling appointments • Maintaining clean and professional office environment •Perform Full Periodontal Charting/chart prep •Digital x-rays Compensation and Benefits: • Compensation based on experience. • Paid vacation & paid holidays • Medical insurance & dental benefits available. • 401-k retirement plan and profit sharing available for full-time employees • Uniforms (scrubs) provided • New instruments ordered every 2 years •Two hour new patient visits, one hour routine patient visits.
