Description Practice Name: CHILDREN'S DENTISTRY AT HAUSMAN VILLAGE Title: FRONT DESK SPECIALIST Description: Pediatric Dental office, North West area of San Antonio, is hiring a Front Desk Specialist. Responsibilities and skills to include but not limited to: * Dentrix, expert skill level. * Patient Ledger * EFT's, retrieving & posting. * EOB's, Posting and adjustments. * Batching and sending insurance claims. * Appealing insurance claims. * Manage patient aging report * Verifying insurance eligibility, deductibles, benefits, frequency and history.. * Insurance pre-determination as required. * Preparing, presenting and closing treatment plans. * Confirming patient appointments. All of this while pleasantly greeting and checking in patients for their appointments. You will be expected to execute daily task and duties with little direction.. Location: San Antonio Information: Status: Full Time Rate: Dependent on level of skill and experience.
