Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating patient care by coordinating treatment plans, educating patients on procedures and financial options, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and our clinical team. To do well in this role, you should provide a great level of patient care along with the following criteria: > A friendly person > Spanish Bilingual is a must/required > Provide excellent customer service > A punctual, proactive, adaptable person who is big on being a team player and communication! *Start date: Early July Key Responsibilities: - Educate patients on their treatment options, insurance benefits, and payment plans. - Present and explain the doctor’s recommended treatment plan to patients. - Assist patients in understanding and coordinating their treatment plans. - Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient patient flow. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. - Collaborate with doctors, dental assistants, and office managers to optimize scheduling and patient experience. - Track pending and incomplete treatments, following up with patients as needed. - Process payments and verify insurance benefits. - Build trusting relationships with patients to encourage treatment acceptance. Requirements: - More than 1 year experience handling front desk - Prior experience in a customer service or dental office role is a MUST. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently. - Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor. - Proficiency with office software and dental management systems is a plus.
