This individual performs all front office duties to include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, compiling dental health records, and preparing correspondence. The goal of the Business Assistant is to ensure seamless verification of dental insurance, maintain the hygiene schedule, ensuring accurate treatment and billing records, as well as delivering top quality customer service and support for both patients and staff.
