We are seeking a highly motivated and positive individual for front desk/front office position at a family practice. Candidates should have experience working front desk in a dental practice, including answering phones, making appointments, and greeting patients. Experience with insurance verification, treatment planning, billing, and collection is a plus. Knowledge of Dentrix is preferred. *We are willing to train a dental assistant who wishes to transition to the front office, if you are the right candidate.* We are serious about customer service and treat all of our patients and team members with kindness and respect. This is expected of every team member. We open 4 days a week and work one Saturday per month. Practice provides a variety of procedures, including orthodontics and implants, and we do our best to keep procedures in-house. Practice is established and has served the community for over 40 years.
