Salary:  $44-$53/hr Part-time & Full-time Hours Available - no nights or weekends Part-time position offers: 1 hour appointments Mentorship and support Strong clinical team to work with Free CE’s through classes we offer and/or reimbursements Career Growth opportunities Training to ensure successful start Work-life balance Full-time (in addition to above) offers: $5k Sign On Bonus Paid time off (1 wk 1st year, 2 wks 2nd year, 3 wks after 5 years) & paid holidays Reimbursement for local anesthesia licencing if needed Full Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, flexible spending account, 401K, EAP & loan consolidation **We also have Hygienist openings in 2 locations in Springfield & Chicopee** New Grads & experienced welcome Requirements: Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene school & current state license X-ray license & CPR if applicable Responsibilities: Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols About Us We are a well established dental office with a fantastic team that enjoys working together.
