Front Desk / Studio Coordinator – Boutique Smile Studio 📍 Montecito, CA 💲 Starting at $21/hour + bonus opportunities 🗓️ Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM 🦷 Wellness-meets-beauty environment | No clinical experience needed About Us: We are a modern, boutique-style studio focused on teeth whitening and clear aligners — not your typical dental office. Our space feels more like a high-end salon than a clinic. We’re building a place where confidence starts with a smile, and we need someone to be the heart and face of it all. About the Role: We’re hiring a Front Desk / Studio Coordinator who is energetic, outgoing, and thrives on connecting with people. You’ll greet every client with warmth, manage the flow of the studio, promote our services, and build meaningful relationships with patients — remembering names, faces, and even little life details that make them feel truly valued. Responsibilities: Welcome and check-in clients with warmth and professionalism Manage appointments, phone calls, DMs, and text reminders Promote whitening and aligner services with confidence and heart Help maintain a beautiful, calm, and clean studio environment Be the go-to for questions, smiles, and great vibes Learn and remember patient names, stories, and special dates (birthdays, weddings, etc.) Assist in social media content ideas or local outreach as needed Qualifications: No dental or front desk experience required – we’ll train you! Must be extremely personable, friendly, and outgoing Confident talking to clients and promoting services Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills Passion for beauty, wellness, and empowering people Must be reliable, proactive, and a go-getter who takes pride in their role Bonus if you love creating community and remembering the little things!
