Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled registered dental assistant (RDA) at our private pediatric office in Frisco, Texas! The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine interest in creating a positive environment to children and adolescents! The working hours are: Monday-Wednesday 8am-5pm and Thursday's 8am-1pm (approximately 29-32 hour work week). Responsibilities: - Take dental radiographs (x-rays) - Assist with dental procedures and providing high-quality dental care to children - Ensure a positive experience for our patients!! - Ensure quality patient service by providing thorough patient care, effective communication and personal attention - Prepare the treatment rooms, patient records, equipment and necessary instruments for dental procedures - Record accurate and concise patient and treatment information for clinical notes - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment - Ensure patients are comfortable before, during, and after dental treatments - Educate patients (and parents) on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health - Assist with front office tasks as needed, including answering phones and scheduling appointments **Willing to train the right person!!!
