Lemons Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Patient Coordinator to join our growing dental team! We have a wonderful team and an amazing doctor and are looking for exceptional assistants to help us continue to grow the practice and serve the growing Braselton community. The candidate must be outgoing and friendly with excellent people skills, have the ability to multi-task, possess great organizational skills, and be highly motivated and self-driven. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients with professionalism and care Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Present and coordinate treatment plans with patients Ensure front office operations run smoothly and efficiently Assist with marketing for the practice Collaborate with the dental team to provide an exceptional patient experience Qualifications: Prior dental office experience required Strong understanding of dental insurance and claims Previous dental assistant experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organizational ability Proficiency with dental software (Dentrix is a plus) Experience with Weave patient communication software a plus!
