We are looking for a dental office manager for a pediatric and orthodontic dental office in Cibolo, TX • Innate ability to lead • Team player with a positive attitude • Morale booster • Assertive • Organized • Dependable • Patient • Good under pressure • Problem solver Duties: • Lead, motivate and supervise Front Office team and Back office team • Assist in dental team development • Corrective action, including hiring/firing • Internal marketing • Payroll • Maintain office flow, punctuality and productivity • Present and create treatment plans/Understand Insurances 3-5+ yrs of experience working at a dental practice (required) • Experience in managing at least 3 people for a minimum of 1 year (required) • Extremely familiar with digital practice software (open dental prefered) • Flexibility to work some Saturdays (8:00-2:00pm) Must be willing to travel within 1-2hr drive for training and conferences.
